A seasonal look

To start this off I have posted some pictures taken last winter, one morning when we had snow overnight. It was gone by lunchtime.

And now we come to the summer! While we did not get as badly affected as parts of the UK such as Gloucester or North Yorkshire, Leverstock Green did suffer it's bit! The pictures below show just what happens when we have heavy rain. What the reader should realise is this water , described as a "trickle once in a while" by a council planning officer, is pouring through an area where housing is planned. In fact there is a video of this flood which once the technology is sorted will be posted here.

Would you buy a house built here?

Lake Datchworth!

Bear in mind the rain has finally stopped and the sun has been out for a while

Lake Datchworth!

As the flood water leaves the open green space and crosses the field towards Green Lane
